Plenty of space and consistent wind. Unlike Jericoacoara, in Preá you have miles of beach without the crowds. Barrinha offers calm waters that make your first meters on the board much easier.

Flat Water in Barrinha: Learn in “mirror” conditions, without waves to disturb your balance. This significantly eases your first waterstart (standing up on the board).

Constant Winds (No Gusts): Preá is world-famous for having the cleanest and most stable wind in Brazil, preventing the kite from jumping or dropping abruptly.

Perfect place for all how search a school to hang out and have a beer in the evening. And it is not so big as the others.  I also took a lession with leo and had a great time. Can't recommend him enough. Amazing guy and best instructor I ever had. The progress I made in 4 days was bigger than I did in my last camp in 7 days. Equipment is good. It depends on each student, but with our 12-hour course (Independent), most students reach the autonomy needed to sail independently.

Why are lessons limited to a maximum of 2 people of similar weight?

To guarantee your safety and learning efficiency. By grouping students with similar physical profiles, the instructor can use the appropriate equipment for both, ensuring balanced progression without anyone having to wait.

What do I need to bring to the lesson?

We provide all the necessary technical equipment (Kite, board, radio, vest, and helmet). You only need to bring sunscreen, a lycra shirt, and a great attitude!

Will I get into the water on the first day?

Yes! However, as we follow IKO standards, every course begins with an essential theoretical session on land. You will learn about the wind window, equipment setup, and safety systems. This foundation ensures your entry into the water is controlled and fun.

How long do the lessons last?

Our lessons are organized into 3-hour sessions. This is the ideal time to absorb the practical content without reaching physical exhaustion, making the most of the day’s wind conditions.

Where do the lessons take place?

Our lessons are held in Preá or Barrinha, always choosing the best “spot” with flat water and consistent wind to facilitate your learning.
