1. Lesson Cancellations
Kitesurf or Wingfoil lessons can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to the day before, during our office hours (10:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
2. Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made after 5:30 PM the day before or on the same day of the lesson will be charged the equivalent of 1 hour of lesson (R$ 370), regardless of the total reserved lesson time.
3. Weather Conditions
If the lesson is canceled by the school due to unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., no wind, storm, lightning), no fees will be charged. Payments already made will be credited for future use or a new date will be scheduled.
4. No-Show
In case of absence without prior notice, 1 hour of lesson (R$ 370) will be charged, regardless of the total reserved lesson time.
5. Equipment Rental Rules
Rental is only for people who can demonstrate upwind riding autonomy.
If the rider loses control and drifts twice, we reserve the right to convert the remaining rental time into a lesson for safety reasons.
Prices are per 3-hour session at Preá Beach. Additional fees may apply for use outside the school area.
6. Payment Methods
No extra charge: Revolut, PIX, or Bank Transfer.
Credit Card: 5% surcharge on the total amount.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is used exclusively for Mandala Kite School operations (Av. Beira Mar, 10 – Preá). We do not share information with third parties.
